{"id":4933,"date":"2026-04-17T13:01:18","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T10:01:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iil.ee\/?p=4933"},"modified":"2026-04-27T11:38:20","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T08:38:20","slug":"the-iil-will-begin-conducting-a-satisfaction-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iil.ee\/en\/iil\/iil-alustab-rahulolu-uuring-labiviimisega","title":{"rendered":"IIL is starting to conduct a satisfaction survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 55, 58)\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">From Monday, 20th April to the end of May, IIL, in cooperation with Eesti Uuringukeskus O\u00dc, will be conducting a satisfaction survey on bus routes in the counties of Harju, L\u00e4\u00e4ne, Rapla and L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Viru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 55, 58)\">We are mapping driver satisfaction across different customer experience influencing aspects with the aim of identifying which areas we should prioritise when developing the service and improving quality, in order to best meet our customers' expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 55, 58)\">The questions concern service, infrastructure, communication, the ticketing system, timetables, and safety. Respondents will be recruited for the survey through random selection on various buses. Participants can choose whether to complete the questionnaire independently on their personal smart device or with an interviewer in a personal interview.
